VP / Head of Sales

Medorion, a strongly backed digital health startup in Tel-Aviv,  is looking for VP / Head of Sales.

While still small, the company already has a few paying strategic customers.

We develop a Behavioral AI platform that helps improve member engagement and has a proven impact on saving and improving peoples’ lives. 

Job Overview

We’re looking for a business leader with super high drive, energy, and passion for healthcare, to establish our Sales process. A great communicator that collaborates amazingly with his team, peers, and prospects. Specifically, product experience is a must to help us to refine our market segments and GTM strategy continuously. 

The Head of Sales will lead our customers and partners’ acquisition and expansion. The typical customer is a large Healthcare enterprise. 

We’re looking for a hands-on candidate who will lead and take a pivotal role in our GTM strategy and will help us grow from first paying design partners to a company that defines and owns its category.

Excellent terms for the right candidate

Location: Ideally East Coast U.S. or Tel Aviv

 

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years experience in selling software to enterprises

  • A substantial and proven successful track record of establishing and managing the U.S. facing sales organization.

  • Product/Engineering background in software companies is a must

  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Self-starter, mature and committed individual.

  • Preferred education: Engineering degree + MBA.

  • Previous experience and knowledge in the digital health / health-IT industry is an advantage

  • Travel:  Extensive international travel – 30-50%
