Director of Customer Success

A VC backed digital health startup in Tel-Aviv developing a cutting edge AI platform for enterprise healthcare organizations that helps them influence their member’s health behavior is looking for a tech-oriented Director of Customer Success.

Reports To: Chief Product Officer.

Job Overview: 

This position requires a driven leader that will assume ownership of customer success within the company. The responsibilities include managing relationships with leading US enterprise healthcare organizations, crafting and leading a team of experts, defining a methodology that scales, and working tightly with the product teams to reflect the customers’ needs and improve the product.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Ownership of customer success and all derived responsibilities

  • Ensure customers meet their goals and exceeded their expectations

  • Establish relationships that drive product adoption and expansion

  • Craft  an expert team that executes well at scale

  • Work with the product and development teams to improve the product 

Qualifications:

  • A business-oriented leader that has the drive to be hands-on when needed and the vision to design for scale and growth

  • 5+ years of experience in tech-oriented customer success/professional services

  • Experience with the US enterprise market and travel to the US 

  • Strong technical proficiency in English

  • Engineering or technological degree

  • Data analysis and SQL, experience with healthcare IT and team leaders are bonuses
